3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ProtectClaw, its developers, or contributors be liable for any damages arising from:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Incorrect use or interpretation of recommendations
• Security breaches or unauthorized access
• Any other use of this application

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. User Responsibility

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ProtectClaw at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ProtectClaw after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Lifetime License Terms

For users who have purchased a lifetime license to ProtectClaw:

• License Scope: Lifetime access covers all features and security audits available at the time of purchase. Future premium modules or advanced tiers may require separate licensing.
• Service Continuity: Lifetime access depends on ProtectClaw continuing to operate. If we discontinue the service, we will provide 90 days' notice, after which access ceases.
• Account Activity Requirement: Accounts inactive for 24+ months may be suspended. We will attempt to contact you before suspension.
• Security Updates: Lifetime access includes critical security patches and updates to maintain functionality and safety.
• Terms of Service Compliance: Lifetime access can be revoked if you violate these terms of service, including unauthorized use, illegal activity, or breach of security policies.
• Valid Payment Method: A valid payment method must remain on file. Access may be suspended if payment information becomes invalid for recurring charges.
• Non-Refundable: Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable, except within the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period.
• Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, update, or enhance features without liability, provided core functionality remains available.
• No Service Guarantees: Lifetime access is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability or uptime.
• Acquisition or Restructuring: In case of acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, or other business restructuring, the acquiring entity is not obligated to honor lifetime licenses, though we will make reasonable efforts to honor existing commitments.
